What about Finances / Insurance?
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept Cash, Checks, Money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will be happy to file a claim with your insurance company at each visit, however you will be responsible for paying the portion insurance does not cover at the time of your appointment. If you have more than one insurance company we will electronically file the primary insurance the day following your visit and your secondary will be filed when payment from the first insurance has been received. If payment from an insurance carrier is not received in 30 days you will be expected to pay the balance, in full, regardless of outstanding insurance status.
